ok... so here's the deal...

i called in about one month and 2 weeks ago to HP customerservice to get warranty replacement for my laptop battery.

they filled in order and said it will take around one week. out of not having that battery yet i call to them 2 weeks later and they say they had changed provider for replacement stuff, which caused longer wait again.

i called again today for not yet receiving battery in mail and they claim it was sent december 3rd, 2009.

so... this is how trustable experience i have one warranty service of HP now... have a nice day...

...hope that package would come soon thought...
