i remember a cartoon a believe a few years ago

it was about canada and it was always shot in the winter time, they played hockey and stuff

it was on global

i'm trying to figure out what it was called but i can't remember

the main characters are both fat one has a blue coat and the other is red is all i really remember and that its kinda a comedy
