First one is easy even if you suck as long as you can write a catchy tune. Just don't do drugs or be crazy and don't be in a band full of druggies or crazies and your in. Record companies will have other people play for you or teach you to play.

You can be a studio musician then. They make good money if they play regularly.

Going into health is risky at the moment if you live in the states. The new health care reform will affect doctors' paychecks.
