When I go to change it i notice it takes a while before they register the account inactive. then they send an e-mail to the e-mail you want registered to the account then you click the link to reactivate account and it activates the account with the e-mail you want

give it 5-10 minutes.

You can change it. Never worked for me until I realized they were being sent to the Spam folder. You get a confirmation e-mail is the problem.

Also, I don't see why Fag should have to pay it back unless he got it via a method unallowed. Not his fault if OP has a shitty password or falls for an FLP/FLW that was on Gaia. Now, if it was posted on LG and OP fell for it, that's against the rules. But if not, there's really no way to prove the account belonged to OP.
