Okay so I'm going to reformat my laptop.
But I have some questions, such as, will it restore my previous RAM and CPU Memory?
I think my computer has like 4 Gigs or something, will I get them all back when I do this? Or will it remain the same, just with less programs?
I know i have 3.00 GB of RAM, but not sure about the other crap.

Why don't you Google it yourself, and see that there are no usable results?

Hey guys, will altering the software on my computer also alter the hardware?
Reformatting it will make it like it was when it was new. You've always had the same amount of RAM; it's just about how much of it wasn't in use. The reason RAM is in use is because programs are using it. Removing said programs frees up said RAM. If you're reformatting your computer to free up RAM, I lol.

It only shows 3Gb because you are using a 32bit version of Windows. Switch to 64bit and Windows can use all 4Gb.

It uses all 4gb now. It just doesn't say that it is.
