So here's the thing, my sister googled her friend's name e.g. "Amanda Wallace" and right after googling her friend, she received a text from her saying "Did you just googled me?".
Kinda intriguing on how she managed to know that, I can only come up with some sort of virus or spyware or she managed to snoop through the network for it, but who the hell would go through all the hassle for that? My sister googled from her iPhone btw, on Safari if that even matters.

But honestly, even if it was through ip tracking, how did they even pinpoint that it was specifically my sister who googled it?
I'm pretty sure the best they could have done is only say from where it was googled, and I mean it would only probably say a city's name. ;C
But then again, the browser might have sent the device's name while on her browser, which then pretty much say it all..

Such data is private. The only way someone would know is if they were tracking you somehow.
