Probably a lot, considering that's flagship stuff for Nintendo, and they're both probably still bitter about the whole disk drive thing.

Aside from that Nintendo probably owns Zelda. Some other company owned Concker and Microsoft just happened to acquire them. They do that a lot, often then killing the series. It's why people freaked when they bought Minecraft's developer.

Nintendo doesn't own it. It was made by a company called Rareware. Rareware chose to make it on Nintendo consoles. But then Rareware went broke so Microsoft bought them. And now Microsoft only publishes Rareware's titles on Microsoft consoles.
