That wasn't CN's idea. Someone else pitched that to the original cast and CN. The original creator of teen titans actually wanted to reboot the original series a few months after the Go series stared production and the original cast was interested but CN had them committed to Go.

go is funny but not that great, they should follow the comic arc but that would be wayyy to dark considering the titans gradually die off.

Yeah. I mean they canceled Young Justice so you can't get a comic arch Titans. I really would like the original show to pick up. Death stroke being Slade and some of the development they'd done come the last season was really interesting.


The do show some older cartoons now. They had a weekly segment dedicated to it but I don't believe they do any longer.
