I bought an ebook and all the reviews were good but I get in their and half of it is how you need to pay a lot of money to advertise it on facebook. I dont know what to do with it at this point. Is underground kind of private? I might leak it there.

Hackforums is pretty much 100% trash. All of their ebooks are basically things pieced together from other places, but the difference is that they charge you for it. You could put in the UG, mostly because there's almost no one that has access to it, but it might not get much usage. Could always put it out in small increments to the public. Up to you though bro.

GMods can outright ban people. If the permission isnt afforded by an admin to regular mods. Also GMods have limited access to the admincp.
