I've never had it happen, but I look forward to it.

Same here. Also Kabuto; Demons/Ghost's don't "troll" you, it's a illusion from the state of panic you go into when you try to move apart of your body and you are fully conscious of what is happening without having control. Our minds are very powerful, and can even play tricks on us.

Not a trick. Your body turns off a lot of itself when you sleep to save energy and -- in the case of sleep paralysis -- prevent injury. If you moved your muscles IRL when you moved them in your sleep, Lord knows what problems we'd run into. It's like sleepwalking, except nightly and not in response to the actual environment. So your body turns off your ability to move until you wake up. Sleep paralysis is a rare phenomena where you wake up without the ability to move again. Not a trick so much as a bug in a feature.

dream paralisis is normal after lucid dreaming. its just your brain fucking with you. you maybe conscious and seeing shit but your body is still asleep and your mind partly asleep so just ignore it because none of it is real.

i used to get sleep paralysis frequently and its a truly dreadful experience- the first time it happened to me i didn't know what was happening to me and i remember trying to call for help and not being able to, and i woke up in tears. im not sure how its prevented, although i have read lucid dreaming can cause it to happen more frequently i cant verify this.
in my experience if you just relax and try to go back to sleep, you should be able to wake up shortly after back to normal- and sometimes you simply have to wear yourself out, for example when im in that state ill try rolling over onto my side and it usually ends up causing me to fall back asleep.
some people mention seeing things, such as moving shadows on the walls or looming over them, but thats a slightly different yet similar phenomena known as a 'night terror.' ive only experienced this once or twice despite suffering from sleep paralysis for a long time, and while sleep paralysis is a dreadful thing, i can't say i've experienced anything more horrifying in my life than a night terror. you wake up in a state of utter panic (often screaming) and it leaves you in a state of paranoia for awhile afterwards, leading to insomnia usually.“Having a soft heart in a cruel world is courage, not weakness.”

I want to have ghost sex.

I can't tell if that would be a funny statement with no context, or if it already has no context.

I just know there was some d-list celebrity who described ghost sex she has when her husband is out of town. It's such a ridiculous notion, I guess she just wants attention.

this is pretty hilarious. to be honest ive heard stories like this (people being molested or raped by spectres) before and i don't know what i think of them in general, but this truly does seem like a publicity cry considering she states it was merely 'confusing' at first and then once she relaxed she found it pleasurable- not even to mention her role in movies. anyways, people who have made these types of claims in the past often have feared for their lives in those situations and wouldnt have been able to relax.

This used to happen a lot to me, but I kinda learned how to jump out of these dreams and actually wake up.
