what can be done about the email???

I sold my previous lg phone to someone but I forgot to take of my gmail email that I had tied to it, do I just change my password and the gmail will come off from the old phone, I have no way to access it

they can read previous emails but your acc will still be on that phone.

If you changed your password on your computer they loose access to your email... they can still see your previous ones though
