Gaia is down ATM.

Gaia and it's impending doom is nearby.

Idk why people are saying "Gaia is going to shut down" tell me one good reason why a website would shut down when they are making thousands on a piece of pixelated clothing? Gaia isn't going anywhere, just like call of duty, its a cash cow.

Your opinion might be different from mine. The way I see it, it's impending doom lies on the constant maltreatment of it's users. They might be making 'thousands' on a piece of pixelated clothing like you said as of now, but within also lies, maintenance/salary/commercial. It might be naive of me to assume that those cash shop spenders are NOT going to stay and support Gaia if they felt like they being maltreated. That's just my opinion anyway.

Gaia is going to be done within the next 2-3 years. You heard it here.
Look at its user base. Getting thinner and thinner. As a direct result, they're going to lose more and more income. After a while if their profit rates get lower than the taxes that come out of their pockets (money that goes towards things like powering their servers), then they could easily bankrupt or decide that it's no longer worth continuing gaiaonline.
I don't know what makes you think Gaia is impervious to shutting down. I just signed in for the first time in several months and only 6k users are online. That's really, really low. At one point in time I could sign in and see ~90k users online (around '09).I'm lightning on my feet

I also like to add that we do not know the exact numbers being sold by them that actually generates an income. There is a cash glitch that allows users to purchase items without having to spend a cent. I am sure there is quite a number of people, that take/took advantage of this cash glitch.
