Is that a hard job to get/find?

Not at all. A kitchen normally works in levels, your dishwashers being the lowest on the totem pole. If you try hard enough, they will promote you to other positions.

Dish
Prep
Pantry
Fry cook
Saute
Grill
Expo
Manager
