People who do this shit disgust me. He is a PV2, which means he's been in for probably less than a year.
He decided to VOLUNTEER to join during a time of war.
He went to MEPS, where they asked him at least 30 times if he was a conscious objector.
Then when he gets to his unit he pulls this shit to not deploy.
Serious what a fucking ******, I hate people like this. Shitbaaggggg.
Deployment isn't even hard. All you do is do your job, work out, get free (and gooD) meals, unlimited protein shakes, energy drinks, and beef jerky, and more. And sleep, I forgot sleep. And you're with a bunch of other dudes, it's like bro time. It's fun. And you get paid tax free money, an extra pay incentives. He's big Army, he'd be sitting on a FOB anyways, it's easy as fuck. It's not like he'd be in the middle of no where on some combat out post. He'd even make separation pay.
He's just some ****** who wants to go against the promise and word he gave when he took the oath, when his country calls for him to fulfill that oath.
PV2 Christopher Munoz - campaign to support a US Army Conscientious Objector
And he even has pictures on there like "High red for media"
Get out of here you joke, you're craving attention.
I hope the Army makes him pay back everything they've spent on him.
I mean it's only yours, and my tax money.

I was stationed in an HQ Unit, so the unit itself couldn't deploy, but individuals could be chosen. We would do all the paper work and junk on deploying units, and I don't think I ever heard of anyone refusing.

That's how my unit is. I can't really say how because of PERSEC lol
We deploy, just not like other units.
Yea man, I don't get why you'd be scared to deploy. Like, most people will be on a FOB anyways. I hate people like him. A lot.You can't capture what this kid spits with kismet

Its not as good everywhere as you've described it here. Maybe consider yourself lucky. I think he does have a right to speak out, but he also agreed in the first place,. This is one of those things where there is no clear line of right and wrong, just personal beliefs. Meh, we got bigger fish to fry in my opinion.
I am steady killin' fools.

They put forth every effort to make your life as easy as possible while you're out here. They really do. Everywhere. And I've been to 3-4 places. And beliefs, that he went against when he joined. Again, they ask you if you are CO before you join, like 50 times. Then they ask when you get to basic. Then right after he gets out of AIT, of his SIGNAL 25 series job, he decides he's against war when he's gonna deploy. i'm 25 series, trust me, he will sit in an AC room all day and not do shit. He's big Army.

I'm a 25B. Most 25Bs end up at like a help desk or something, somehow I landed in Special Operations lol

He needs to put in an early separation package and leave the military to the real men.
