I own it, a small portion since he's not really one of the featured highlight artists, and it's so and so, not his best but still quite well done. If you want more of Toriyama's work I recommend his "The World" artbook.

Not as much of a thought out plot, then again, it's only 4 volumes. It's probably more of the author trying to tie up some loose ends of the conclusion of the first series, rather than trying to start something new. But nonetheless I recommend reading it if you want to know more about Babo's origins.
