What?
On a note actually relating to this 'Staggering Beauty'
When you shake the mouse, I can't tell if the thing in the middle of it is it's mouth gaping open or it's insides.
(pretend this was striked out) I want to ask for opinions but this all feels so serious I'm afraid to make a new comment.
QQ
I'm going to assume it's mouth is wide open because it's screaming from being electrocuted. This is all ridiculous.Last edited by Vesparia; 04 Jul. 2013 at 04:53am. Reason: From 20 to now 42. Wat.

Only reason I'm removed as a mod right now is because of the Bunnyz stuff

Except being a mod is serious business. And if it's a mistake by Flare, then technically it also could be considered a mistake by bunnyz, which you don't seem to disagree with.
Also second part once again isn't necessary lol. There are no security questions on LG and flare has most likely already changed his pass.I'm lightning on my feet

Passwords are an important thing.
I like to make mine hard to guess.
I'm not sure what my one for LG is right now, but my fb (which I rarely go on) has a sentence password with old english thrown in here and there.Last edited by Vesparia; 02 Jul. 2013 at 11:26pm. Reason: I am so unknowing of how this all works.

The situation has nothing to do with passwords or hacking. I don't get where he keeps getting that from.
It's not like bunnyz "hacked" an administrator account or a mod. Flare accidentally gave him his password, he henceforth used that to access his account. bunnyz possession of the account has already been relinquished since Flare has it as we speak.
no
Doesn't matter. Besides the point. When I got into an admin account on an online game the admin immediately got relieved of his duties afterwards.
Flare didn't exercise responsibility or professionalism in what he did and has generally been lackadaisical as a moderator.Last edited by The Unintelligible; 02 Jul. 2013 at 11:28pm.

I don't give good credit to anyone, more than a small number of people use the same password for things. And once you have access to something, you have access to personal information. You study them, you find more information. It's not hard.

I see.
Well. Either way, accidents happen and we blunder around from time to time.
Caution should always be taken as the more power that's held should be equal to the amount of responsibility we are to show.
I suppose we should all just be careful.
- 02 Jul. 2013 11:32pm #16
It's not that serious. And all of that is common sense. Flare has most likely already done that, why wouldn't he? Would he be a worthy moderator in the first place if he didn't already do all of that?
Why would it be mandated or why would anyone have to even remind of him of that.
bunnyz has no interest in any of that and I doubt he could do anything like that even if he wanted to.I'm lightning on my feet
- 02 Jul. 2013 11:34pm #17
It was with malicious intent, otherwise he wouldn't have done the things he did. lol. You don't gain access to a mod account through a mistake and then just go and infract people, transfer LGG, the brag about it and mock you.
It goes both ways. I agree he should have checked over it and had responsibility. It goes both ways, again. However, if he has been lacking in his duties, i could see how this event could be the tipping point in demotion.
again, I don't give credit to people because for some reason people don't do common sense things. He's obviously not staff anymore, so why should I give him that credit? It's just a reminder like "Hey, be sure to check your questions and passwords and shit." Regardless of if it's serious or not. Especially being in a sort of ranked structure.
And how could you talk for someone like that? I doubt he has the intelligence to do so, as well. but I'm just saying, it isn't hard to study someone, especially when you have personal information, etc etc. Which comes from personal conversations.Last edited by bmlkiddo; 02 Jul. 2013 at 11:38pm.

Infractions have been reversed, he knew that they would be eventually. LGG is worthless and those transactions will be reversed. Bragged about something that's insignificant, no harm done.
Still all ban worthy, but it's ultimately up to us as to what we're going to do and no one's input has much to do with that.I'm lightning on my feet

Careful in general, I meant. If people don't want others causing any hubbub around on their accounts. Whether by harm or foolishness that's purely for entertainment.
I actually don't know who bunnyz is.
I get that he's this Aleena person that has been here before.
Though I don't actually know very much, except that he had a gif of Rosa Kato as his activity avi.Last edited by Vesparia; 02 Jul. 2013 at 11:41pm. Reason: I'll keep in mind he meant no harm.

[/QUOTE]
Refer to my last post for the previous reply, I'll give you a few minutes to reply to both so our quotes are more contained into a single reply.
Regardless, he did it. That is malicious. And worthless or not, he did it. Which is also malicious. If a mod just started giving out random infractions, would that not be their fault? Or maybe it really wouldn't be because they'd just be reversed, and they know they would be.
Doesn't mean I cannot voice my opinion. Besides, honestly, the forums would be 80% more dead than they are now if we weren't having a discussion on the topic. You can't capture what this kid spits with kismet

Yes, your opinion has already been voiced and acknowledged. I've already summarized my points and what's going to be done.
Your input is appreciated but it still plays little role in the final outcome. I may keep everyone updated on this whole debacle as things unfold.I'm lightning on my feet

Just to be clear, the odds of bunnyz being banned is still 7/10.

What did I miss here? Are we still talking about that bunnyz thing?
In my opinion, even if it's a mistake you it's kind of bad practice to use your main password inside any form of file in plaintext. Why do you think my mule generator creates a a random has as opposed to a password the user can select themself? Even with all that aside, when you are selling an entire folder dump that has setting files that could contain sensitive passwords or other information, you really should be clearing them all out. I understand mistakes can be made on this stuff, and when stuff like this happens it helps them gain some security knowledge (hopefully), however it also shows a distinct lack of foresight at that current time. Hopefully it teaches him that storing plaintext passwords (especially important) or important passwords no matter how much easier it makes the entire process.
As for bunnyz, to me it came off as something a 6th grade girl would do who got mad at her friends. Some people kind of make an insult, so he just infracts them (and I think a few bans) but nothing really damaging just incredibly childish and immature. Unneeded drama arose from this, and the entire time Bunnyz has had an arrogant attitude about himself for simply finding a password through somebodies (easily made I might add) mistake. I really don't care what happens to him, no matter what he will come back with an inflated ego that he for some reason sees as making himself better than everyone else. He has some strange arrogance, where he thinks having access to underground (by donating) makes him better than others, all the while barely able to complete a sentence, even going so far as to try and drag me into this mess for some reason.
I'm not really sure exactly what he's trying to accomplish, and I don't really care this whole situation is unneeded and being dragged out for way too long because everybody continues to give him the attention he craves.
This community is already small enough, so for those of you who can actually stand the people around here I would stop focusing so much on people like Bunnyz and continue to do whatever it is you all do (tbh a lot of you need to start learning how to do this stuff you commonly ask for, me and several others have released plenty of source code to help).
TL;DR: We're still giving someone like Bunnyz more attention, making him feel accomplished as opposed to people who actually submit content to this site, or bettering the site. If you all want the site to die, continue arguing amongst yourselves for mundane reasons. Focusing on Bunnyz punishment is irrelevant, and counter productive unless you are apart of the staff. It doesn't matter if he gets banned, infracted, etc. The site will continue as long as everybody actually tries to focus on it instead of turning it into a drama factory and begging factory while a few of us actually try to contribute every now and then, including ways for everybody else to learn from it too (which sadly I don't think many people try to do, they just want the handouts).
PS: I know I rarely get serious like this but deal with it.Last edited by Tree; 03 Jul. 2013 at 02:10am.

What I was trying to convey for the most part this entire time. No idea why bmlkiddo persisted in an issue that he's not really involved in.
This is why Tree should be mod. He knows more than Flare x5 and could better handle situations related to Gaia or forums in general.
Edit: But man, this post was really tl;dr. Even with the TL;DR lol.Last edited by The Unintelligible; 03 Jul. 2013 at 02:19am.

He claims to know 5x more than flare but in reality he releases a client with the usual, pose spam, when he could have added mouse vac or something fancy, and the client is p robably based off of lains main code and not his own since thats what everyone else does
