3. Currently I use FL Studio, but I'm thinking of moving onto Reason soon though. For a beginner, though, I highly recommend FL Studio. It's easier to learn and just as powerful as Reason or Ableton if you know how to use it.

Ableton's pretty respectable, kids pirate it and try and use it without having any experience in the field.

FL Studio has a small learning curve, but it sets you in a very simplistic way of using a DAW, in my opinion.
