I use an alarm. Due to my not drinking caffeine, waking in the morning is not difficult and does not require waiting until I drink coffee/soda/tea/whatever. I just get up whenever my alarm goes off. The end. Eat breakfast, out door.

So no matter how late or early I sleep, I -always- wake up ready to go at 7:00, 70

I just wake up. It's just my schedule, plus I am a light sleeper. I wake up around 4am-6am most usually.

I get up an hour and a half early, go to the gym for a morning work out then go to school. Wakes you right up and you feel amazing after!

I only get out of bed if I have class. Otherwise I get out of bed whenever I have to eat.
