It clearly says what it's about in the first paragraph. It's a lawsuit alert to let you know you may have a "potential" case
Play dumb now so you can shock the masses later

Apparently some customers from EA are suing them for something. Just read what it says if you want to understand it, lol.
EDIT: Here's some more information about it: Pecover v. Electronic Arts Inc.

I never participate in these. tldr if you invest a ton of time, you'll get like $20.

I've always opted out of these like Game but normally they tell you what the corporation did that they're suing them over. I never really found that in this. But some lawyers are gonna make bank if they will. Everybody else is getting $20 bucks though.

Yeah, I've been in a ton. But they are usually against companies I like, like Nintendo or Valve or Google. Presumably because I own a billion of their products. So I don't want to sue them on simply moral grounds. Not that I think it affects the amount they have to pay anyway.
But also EA is a butthead. But your time to dollar value investment would be more than what it pays, usually. Maybe worth looking into if you have literally nothing better to do. But those get sent to everyone who bought whatever product you bought, or signed up for whatever service you signed up for.
