Haha yeah I know, I trusted him when I shouldn't have, and he social engineered me pretty well. In retrospect, he was actually really good at it, haha.

@Use: Thanks, Social Engineering is my main hobby, I love it. I've been planning on writing a guide for a while, and am finally getting around to it.

Strict rules mainly.
Most companies aren't responsible for their items if you don't buy them from them directly.
Basically if I want to replace a faulty item, I have to go to the store I bought it from, with the item and a receipt.
Even if I buy it from the company's store directly, they want the faulty item back, unless it's food.
You can't even get discounts or vouchers
