Sad thing is I've seen people dress like that. Not as extreme, but on the 4th one year this guy had a flag shirt and a speedo with the flag on it...he was also the creepy stalker looking type with the mustache too boot

Plus horizontal stripes make you look bigger. Considering my skinny white boy status, that doesn't hurt.
