Move your mouse to the bottom of the screen so your toolbar pops up (this doesn't happen if you're a ******) and look at the date "2/1/2013" as if you were back in 1996 (or just generally in the past)
And you just woke up, and know nothing of our future.
What would you have expected today to look like, back then?
Your age is still the same as it is now

It's just the fact that "2013" is such a futuristic number, when you stop and think about it.
We didn't have the worlds information on everybody and everything, on a regular device no bigger than a gameboy that we keep in our pockets.
We relied more on each other than the Internet.
But I like the 1906 concept.
Let's say you were in 1906 still the age you are now, what would you expect of Today?☜(* x *)☞FOOL ON COOL GENERATION

I would have imagined robots by now. Also more efficient transportation.
Made by Use.
used to be known as the once fabled "Ethan," Slayer of Theocules, Bringer of Rain!

Flying cars.
There is actually a series of illustrations from I believe the early 19th or 20th century of what people thought life would be like in the year 2000. It's drawings of flying cars, jetpacks, Jetsons-looking buildings. My favorite part is that builds are automatons. For example, they imagined stairs that would retract into the ground and come out as you needed them. Not merely as something that exists but as something that is commonplace in society, by every building.
