Like said, no Mac can natively run Windows. Maybe you mean Linux? Though I thought all Macs could run all Linux programs.

EDIT:: I have used Parallels in the past on a machine I had my hands on for a few weeks. It's very nice, I like it, if you have a spare $80 for Desktop 8 for Mac, buy it.
