Doing a business plan project for school, planning out a small lunch-time food truck serving hot sandwiches (Think reuben and philly cheese steak) and cold, deli style. I want to have a crazy diverse menu though.
Any suggestions?

Melted Swiss on hot Cajun turkey, on toasted bread. (:
Spicy Honey Mustard also(:
Oven roasted Turkey with avocado, bacon, roma tomatoes, spinach, provolone, dijon mustard, and mayo in the form of a club on 7 grain whole wheat.
Your mom & ham sammich.
In all seriousness though my all time fav sandwich is probably the Grilled Cheese.
I only like Turkey, lettuce, tomato on Italian bread. D:
Grilled tofu, lettuce, tomato, melted Muenster and chedder cheese on sourdough bread or a dutch crunch roll.
Are you a vegetarian now? Either way, that sounds delicious.
Indeed it does
...No beef?
How do you live without steak?
Dude holyfuck just serve Philly cheese steaks, you'll be a millionaire in no time.
But seriously? Hmm... Italian bread, lightly toasted, with shredded lettuce, ranch, jalapenos, some cheese, and pretty much any type of meat. It's what I get at subway. If we're talking Jimmy Johns, I normally get a Big John, or whatever it's called. What's in it escapes me at the moment, though. Also, sub sandwitch master race. But holyshit do I agree with unintelligible on grilled cheese, but it has to be crispy, not like some places where it's practically soggy.
Hmm... How many types of cheesesteak can I make?
Heres my ideas so far...
Philly Cheesesteak
Portobello Cheesesteak
Shredded chicken cheesesteak
Pizza cheesesteak (Topped with pizza sauce and melted mozz)
Texas cheesesteak (Smoked brisket with roasted jalapenos and poblanos)
Philly bleusteak (Bleu cheese, caramelized red onion, sweet red pepper)
