Need Help Kinda New To Visual C#

Okay so I been Asking alot of programmers for a Towns Bot but I cant seem to find on , so i Thought about making one , I have the program almost downloaded , and I watch a few tuttorals about it , but its kinda hard to comprehend expechally when there isnt any advice about gaia what so ever on the program , that i have serched for , so i figured sence there are alot of programmers on here , i would ask for help but i kinda dont know where to start with.. Im kinda thinking like make it like that ZOMG bot because that would be easy i think but im still tring to figure out how i would make it where i get a pop up and ask for a loggin and also like how i would make the avatar go collect trash like how to make it move , with out taking controll of a mouse or something.. lots of questions but i dont know where to begin.

okay so on towns , every items is nammed can i tell the program to click on the items name and it will go and pick it up and where can i download the english version of C#, mines in spanish and its driving me freeking crazy
