There are still quite a few sites that sell gold and shat, so I'ma make a client that will spam towns chat with messages, any amount of users. Each user will join a separate room, rooms with most users first and so on. Sound good? I'll release sources free. Should be fairly easy, no movement and shat, just spamming ! We can promote LG as well? ;D Possibly support rallys in the same client as well, unlikely though.

Also, I have to do packet captures on my laptop because I can't get wireshark to find my eth0 on my new mobo -_- It's w.e, I can use live http headers for the gsi requests..
Decided to go ahead and do a quick capture of towns2 starting up. Same packet structure as towns now as I figured it would have. There was a slight possibility they would have gone off of their zOMG stuff but that was a few select people that were hired in to write that so I doubted it. I just gave it a glance but it very well could be exactly the same server's and just a new client that uses separate rooms on the server.
I'll post my conversations when I have the time, at the moment I cant because of loads of homework. Just asked your question about if Towns 2 had their own servers or if they were just rooms haha. Also asked a question about how you would, say, walk into a rallies room and and have the "game mode" change

There is no game mode. The server handles events. I could send the packets for a rallys race invite in towns probably. And have it work. Except their current towns client won't have the know how on handling the packet that the server sends to the person I'm inviting to a race.
Ask them what gsi stands for, just out of curiousity.

Simply put, it's not going to happen because you never even finished an entire towns client and what you did complete of it looked like utter garbage.

How are you going to load each user then send them out simultaneously? And as far as the algorithm to "rank" rooms goes I'm not sure how you'll even go about that.
No, you please explain rather than falsely getting users' hopes up as usual since you rarely to never actually finish anything you proclaim you will.
Edit: This is actually something I'd like to do myself but can't since I no longer have a personal computer. So I'll have to leave it in your hands and hope you'll actually do it for a change.
I see I see, reasonable reasonable. I agree, I don't finish anything, I loose interest. This is very close to being done however, and ranking rooms is easy, base it on population according to other rooms. AKA the percentage of players each room has from the whole.
