I have a cellphone that I found on the ground that I'd mail you for a few dollars, but the touch-screen doesn't work and it has no SIM card. Seems to just be water damage. It's a Samusungu so you can order a wapanese touchscreen and battery online. (Or is it Korean? I forget, whatever country Samsung comes from)
