Is it possible to turn off Caps Lock?
As in, when I click the key, Caps Lock doesn't activate.

Why on earth would you want to do that?
But yes, yes it is. Key mapping.
Remap Caps Lock
Also generic macros could do that for you. Try AHK or AutoIt or anything with support for keyboard/mouse management

I need a key used primarily for push-to-talk because I game a lot on the PC and Caps Lock is the perfect key but the function of caps lock pisses me off.

That's a good idea, actually o: I could use that for Suit Zoom on Garry's mod. Super helpful for TTT.
@Unintelligible: You can do keymapping with AutoIt??? I knew you could do "When input = A, type B instead" and all that, but you can re-map keys so caps lock doesn't work and stuff? That's cool
