What I found.

Ther other side of the street from my mom's house.

A Sata Cable , a 60 Gig Hard drive ( internal )
A Desktop DVD-Rom player
Audio and USB ports.

I used the internal hard drive, and combined it with my C drive.
Made extra space from the DVD-Rom player but it's an old version so i just kept it inside unplugged to make it look nice.
And couldn't use the usb ports cause they are too old for my pc, and since it was the first time i ever opened up a Desktop, i don't know the wires much.
I also have other things like desktop ventilators and all but i don't think that i really need those since my computer already has them.
It was an HP mini tower , those flat ugly ones. Mine is a average big one.
