I base this idea on the fact of how the sub conscious takes in every little detail of our daily lives, because leaving it to our brains would lead to an overload of crippling information. So, nah I doubt it would be fun, unless you could use the information for personal satisfaction, after dealing with all the fucked up shit you'll think of, of course.

Edit: Maybe if you could just bring down a thought from a cloud of knowledge stored in your subconsciousness. That'd be cool.
