Using wiki technology seems a bit odd for the purposes you stated. Why not use a different CMS? That's just me though. Wikipedia for miscellaneous information doesn't seem to fit very well.

Well I was basing it off of another website I enjoy, Shii's "Everything Shii Knows" which uses a wiki-style format. That's why I went with the Wiki.
