I grew up on a farm, and my parents were herbologists and inventors.
After being raped by one of moms ex boyfriends I was suicidal for a couple years, and Pokemon is the only thing that kept me from killing myself. It gave me a crazy personal outlook on life. This kid, 10 years old, has the best friends in the world and he gets to travel the whole world. And the whole world looks amazing and beautiful. And when he's in a shitty spot, he just takes it and deals with it, learns from it and moves on.
Then I started seeing this recurring thing in all Anime, and so I got addicted.
Then I developed a personality from my idols both inside and out of Anime, by seeing how they acted and treated people reflected back on them.
Now I am who I am to day, and I don't regret a single fucking thing about any of it.

I completely and totally lack empathy for other human beings, and can't understand the emotions/actions of others.

I don't have a choice. Never said i did. You just described exactly what happens. I just use crying when extremely mad to my advantage. Now that, my friend, is a choice.

This, plus some other things mentioned, makes it sound like you have low levels of serotonin. Are you on SSRIs? You probably should be if you are over the age of 18, and maybe try them if below. A healthier diet will also help. Increase your intake of spinach, turkey, and bananas. There are other helpful foods too, like broccoli and I think tomatoes and potatoes; but the three former are the most important IIRC. They contain the vitamins and minerals in abundance that your body will use to produce more serotonin naturally.

The majority of persons with ADHD also share other disorders, such as depression and what-not. You have both. You should get on SSRIs for it. I imagine they will be very effective.
