No, you're paying for 20 megabits down. There is a difference between a Mb and an MB. An Mb is 1/8th of a MB. That is how all ISPs advertise -- in Mbs -- because it makes their service sound faster than it is. People who don't know the difference buy it.
I can guarantee they advertised it as Mb, you bought it thinking it was MB, and a lawsuit will blow up in your face like nobodies business.
no, I knew there were megabits. Im paying for 20Mb's and im getting 7Mb's. There also giving me crappy upload which is less than 1/2 of what im paying for.
