As I vanished today in attempt to help my brother move I left my computer on for my nephew to play on it. I come back to see that google.com is now replaced by tube8. I'm not exactly sure whats wrong with it, it seems to be a redirection I've also checked the page options and it still says google.com.
P.s. A system restore is not working, I'm using chrome, and I'm also on xp.
Also all url searches lead into Tube8.

Do a hard reset of your modem. It is a fun little hack. Does your nephew watch Hak5?

If it is not the router then you have a hijacker. Run AVG or any anti virus and it should find it. If you want to test it that is it without waiting for a scan then reboot in safe mode with networking and if it does not redirect to porn then that confirms that is from a malicious program.
