I didn't know what to title this.
In most weeks, I get 6-8 hours of sleep a day.
Last night, I got 3 hours of sleep.
Generally when I get 6-8 hours of sleep, my day ends up being bad, driven with lots of self-hate and despising myself for being a little bitch and being to shy to open up to other people and to other things such as new foods.
Today, I feel like I can challenge anything today, whether it be starting a conversation with this girl from my COM class or possibly trying a new food. (Even though I say this now, subject to change due to total realization of what's going down.)
More sleep = depressed, low self-esteem, lazy, upset Ethan
Less sleep = happy, "let's go get it!", ready for anything, busy Ethan
So that's weird to me. Just thought I would share.

You should check out the Uberman's sleep schedule. I'd do it, if it wasn't for work.

Essentially, the trick of the Uberman's sleep schedule is to trick your mind into entering REM sleep
as soon as you drift into a sleeplike state.I am steady killin' fools.

I let my head on the pillow and go into total blackness until I get woken up either by alarm or my room mate for work.

Well with an ADHD mind, it is probably 10 times harder because you have little or no control over the amount that is on your mind unless you take time to practice it which would take too long for me, so I usually wear myself out until I am close to falling asleep and then I go in for the kill.

I've come a long way from doing cartwheels into my classroom back in the 2nd grade haha. Throughout High School is when I grew a very strong sense of stability within myself to control my mind and so far it's been working out pretty well for me. NOTE:: High School is when I stopped taking medication for ADHD. If you ever have a kid with ADHD, don't give them that shit, it fucks you up and is as addictive as cocaine and other drugs. Trust me, I have suffered it. Well, not cocaine and other drugs but the ADHD meds.
