About LinkBacksSo. I devised a challenge for all that wish to partake. Challenge:
Perform 1,000 russian sit-ups in one hour.
If you are wondering what a russian sit-up is, its a sit-up with a russian twist to it. I cant type well on an ipod so you might have to google russian twists.
More challenges will follow every week, and they will get harder. So for every one that has ever messaged me asking for fitness routines, this is your ultimate challenge.
Ill think of something for the winners.

All depends. I cant really say because even my command doesnt know. Ive heard a year, close to two years, 4 months, 9 months, 6 months and everything inbetween. Its kind of a bummer.
