Things I don't associate: Malaysia and Graphic Design.
Odd thought though, I'd assume that the best place to study graphic design would be in a first world country with a post- industrial economy. Not a newly industrialized country that semi-conductors and exports oil(what Malaysia is know for as far as most of the world is concerned, oh and trying to be a tourist destination.)

Gonna point out the country that will be the next great place for computers/tech stuff is India and they send all their kids to America to learn. Just sayin'
