Step 1 - Download Iobit Advanced system care 5 Thank you for downloading Advanced SystemCare Free from CNET Download.com Thats direct download.

Step 2 - Customize the settings to your liking after installing it.

Step 3 - Scan Your computer for error's and malware.

Step 4 - Click on repair. Then restart your computer.

Step 5 - Download Malwarebytes Thank you for downloading Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from CNET Download.com

Step 6 - Install it and update it, Then run flash scan, Then full scan. After finished remove infected item's then restart.

Step 7 - Download Iobit Smart Defrag http://www.freenew.net/windows/smart...6/download.htm

Step 8 - Install it and Run Defrag with full optimization. After done, Restart your computer.

Step 9 - If you think its still slow Install these last to program's but you may have to remove 1 or 2 above program's Iobit malware fighter MajorGeeks.Com - Contacting Download Site And Iolo System Mechanic professional Download System Mechanic Professional

Step 10 - Install them both but Scan and update them both at different times, When done remove any program that you don't want or think isn't helping you.

My Program's i use, iobit malware figher, Iobit Advanced system care 5, Malwarebytes pro, Smart defrag, And iolo System mechanic (Used and it worked but couldn't keep because would cause vulnerability with computer since to many Repair program's installed.)
