Sony Vegas 10 rendering Video Issues HELP

I'm using Sony Vegas 10, and using videos from my Flip camera, I have the video edited and everything, I still have my flip camera plugged in so it is accessing the files, the preview works just fine, but when I try to render as a wmv, I only get audio, no video or text please help!

Render it as an MP4 for 720p or 1080p (whatever the flip camera video quality is)
It has better quality than wmv

But will that make the video visible? Because right now I'm only getting sound

Watch that video in 720p, those are some what of the results you will get. Ignore the glitchiness, It was due to custom bitrate settings.

No problem, it also renders out as a smaller file I believe.
