9-11: double. ALWAYS double on 11 >_>
15-16: hit or stand. These are shit numbers, but you more than likely want to hit.
17-21: stand.

Not really. I played the hell out of that game . Your odds of winning are quite large.
Knowing gaia, they probably use standard blackjack rules; so I would guess 6-8 decks. :/
