But I woke up yesterday sounding like a dying cat. I thought it was a sore throat, but I discovered it could be strep throat, or tonsilitis? And I have a performance next tuesday. I dont normally get sick. Im afraid >.<

Not really, no. V8 doesn't do shit for me, and its pretty expensive. Im always low on protein and iron and the pills are basically the only thing that help. V8 also isn't needed if you have a balanced diet.
V8 only helps when I'm hungover
