[Release] Gaia Friend Adder - Late night progs, anyone?

I don't remember when exactly. But I remember seeing a request somewhere in the Gaia Online section while it was still up. One requesting a program that specifies users via a list (or text file) and automates sending a friend request to those users with the addition of specifying a universal message (I think). I liked the idea of this and it seemed relatively innovative. So I decided to throw it together.

Well, here it is. And yes, I know technically the release section for Gaia programs is still up; consider this a temporary location. That section is concealed so I might as well release this somewhere where it's visually accessible.
