I dig it. Really awesome. I have some comments though.
1:23ish-2:18ish you need to back off on the backing music, not necessarily change it but it needs to quieter if the vocals are going to be the focal point. If the music is the focal point, I'd take the vocals down a little. Right now they compete too much.
3:25-4:15 seems to have a better balance, the "stuttering" thing might sound better taken a few notches down volumewise but the other stuff sounds solid.
5:48-6:40 change seems a little sudden give all the transition before it and then it and transition seem drawn out, but transition is less drawn out than aforementioned period. I like it it, just seems like you might highlight the accents more and get something more interesting. I like it it, just gets boring. You could shorten it and bring in things faster cause the next bit/transition is cool.
8:05-8:52 I'd cut in half and bring in the layers more quickly.
Ending was epic. Just a thought but you could rotate the melody line or put it through flanger or phaser to make it move more with the backing.
