That's really great to hear.
I work in a 5 star restaurant and my brother goes to Culinary School (NECI - New england culinary institute).
I'm a dishwasher right now, but I'm learning Tapas (sushi-shef-esque bar prep) and moving up to prep cook and soon head chef.
It's a great career and the best place to learn.
