Ok so lets start out.

First you will need to get your Ip Address. Not an ip adress from a site like whatismyip.com. You will need to go to your start button and run Cmd. And type in Ipconfig. Usually its the first one. Now after you do that type that ip into a new tab in your browser. This is your modem. So usually it will ask for a password. If you can't or don't know it look in the box that came with your modem for a disc. Usually in the set up you will set a password for it. After you in You will want to go to a part in your modem settings called "Gaming" Even though its named Gaming its used basically for everything. Now you will name it put in your first 2 parts of your ip in the 2 boxes, then the last part, then the port. Now usually ports from 25565 to somewhere around 28880 Are for gaming. But they can be used for anything really. 25565 is the most commonly used Port. So once you have your port go to this site and check if your port is active. canyouseeme.org/ , After this is done your Rat will work effiently with the guide Dummy has posted. Have fun.
