Is that light blinking near your ethernet cord? If so. Thats nothing. Thats telling you that Your ethernet and your computer are connected to have a connection to the internet.

He means the power supply.
If the light is blinking near where you plug in the power cord, Then you need to replace your power supply.
Edit:
Actually, This could mean multiple things.
It could mean that one of the positive wires is grounding out to the case itself somewhere and is causing a problem. or a wire could be crossed (More likely for those two options if you move your comp around alot)
But if your comp is not moved around alot or moved recently, Then it is the power supply.Gaiaonline Exploit Log:

I tried 2 cords they didnt work i think its inside my computer. Ive had this computer for a while tho x.x

if it's not starting its most likely the power supply. They go out over time which is normal. Just look on newegg.com and you should be able to find one for 15-30 dollars.
