Computer gets stuck on bios screen after installing new graphics card?
GeForce 8400 GS specs-graphics card 350 Watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 18 amps on the +12
Power supply is a Blue Star 650 Watt.
Read that this happens when you dont have enough power for the graphics card but i think i have plenty. Any suggestions?

Everything is installed right ive checked a few times and took it out and put it back in.

Help with bios update?
I have a new graphics card but everytime i install it my computer gets hung on the bios screen. I have plenty of power and it is installed right. Im trying one solution at a time and right now i wanna update the bios but im having trouble finding which one i need. Theres my mobo specs. Thanks for the help. Also if there are any other suggestions for fixing my problem please post them.
