I would like to have enough capability to play games like SecondLife and WoW.
But i don't want it to be super expensive.

I recommend a Vaio. Be sure to get a Core2Duo processor (nothing less is acceptable). For $700, your graphics card isn't going to be that great, but I assume you know that. Also, for Windows 7, try to get at least 4gb of RAM.
