That's pretty much the norm when it comes to any medication of that nature.
Those however are the
serious side effects that hopefully shouldn't happen to most of those who take it.
You're much more likely to feel sick and drowsy with some crazy mood swings. That being said you'll get that with most any seizure medication since its messing with brain chemistry.

The best thing to do would read reviews on it.
On a side note I personally hate having to take medication.
So unless I need it or I'll die. I don't take it.
Pretty much all medications have contradicting side effects.
I take Metoprolol for my heart and it can cause the same thing I'm taking it for.
Plus it makes my hair fall out. Q__Q
