About LinkBacksBest meat in the world are the ones that are forced fed, and given so little room to move. Ahhh such a tender meat. Especially the young ones that are killed before they age enough to gain tough muscles, and just have the perfect fat content. As a chef, I oppose letting my animals frolic in a damn field and gain tough muscle like these organic places do. As my instructor put it, give the cows a look of the life they wont have, and then mercilessly take it from them; so less cruel.
Ever heard of foie gras? Best shit in the world to eat with a tender cut of veal.
